Welcome to the Chesapeake Region Chapter of CAI

The Chesapeake Chapter of the Community Associations Institute is a non-profit educational organization created to provide education and resources for those who live in and work with community associations.

Our core purpose is to provide educational programs, resources, publications and networking events to the volunteers who govern communities and the professionals who support them.

CAI is a national membership organization with 29,000+ members including community association volunteer leaders (homeowners), professional managers and management firms, and other professionals who provide products and services to community associations.
