Who We Are

The Chesapeake Region Chapter of CAI is a non-profit organization that hosts educational programs for homeowners (board members and community volunteers), community managers, and business partners such as landscapers, roofers, etc. to teach best practices in running and servicing condominiums, homeowner associations, and cooperative communities. We also provide social opportunities for sharing best practices amongst homeowner members and networking for property managers and business partners.
