The Chesapeake Region Chapter of CAI publishes a quarterly Magazine (The Beacon) to educate our members on topics that are important and timely to our industry.
Articles in each issue range from budgeting tips for managers, important insurance aspects for your community association, landscaping tips and techniques, electrical safety guidelines, best practices and more! The Beacon also highlights our Chapter sponsors and our Seminar and social events throughout the year.
Submitting an Article
We are always interested in new topics and articles! If you have an idea for a potential article (approximately 500-1000 words) that is timely, appropriate, and of general interest to our members, please email contact@caimdches.org or call our office to discuss.
