Tuesday, January 27th - "Planning or Paying: What Maryland’s New Reserve Law Means for Your Community" Webinar
This course breaks down Maryland's updated reserve study requirements—and Delaware's reserve study law for condominiums—in a straightforward, easy-to-follow way. You'll hear from a legal expert about what the laws are really aiming for, get practical tips from a reserve specialist on how to stay compliant, and learn what it all looks like day-to-day from an experienced property manager. We'll also walk through a real case study comparing two similar communities that made very different choices—and the long-term results that followed. You'll leave with helpful guidance you can use to steer your boards toward smarter, more sustainable funding decisions.
