Company Description: Standard Pipe Services is a company based in Bear, Delaware that specializes in the cleaning, televising and trenchless repair of storm and sanitary sewer pipe and appurtenances. In business since 1976, the Company televises over one million lineal feet of pipe annually ranging in size from 4 inches to 60 inches.
Line section repairs are either chemical grouting of leaking joints or circular cracks, short cured in place point (CIPP) repairs over longitudinal cracks or broken pipe, relining from manhole to manhole with CIPP and slip lining from manhole to manhole using HDPE pipe. Tri-State also relines laterals with cured in place epoxy using an air inversion process.
Standard Pipe Services performs repairs to catch basins, manholes and similar structures that include chemical grouting of active infiltration, all structural repairs to flow channels, benches, chimneys, and frames and covers, and structural relining using cementitous and/or epoxy materials.
Work area includes the Delmarva Peninsula, Western PA, Northern VA, Southern and Central NJ. Current employment levels are 50 people, of which 10 are foreman who can run individual projects. All foremen can televise sewer pipe and are PACP certified operators.
